WOODBURY COUNTY FIRE AND RESCUE UNITS ARE AT THE SCENE OF AN OVERTURNED PROPANE TRUCK NEAR DANBURY AT THE NOON HOUR.

COUNTY EMERGENCY SERVICES DIRECTOR GARY BROWN SAYS THE TRUCK WAS MAKING A HOME DELIVERY WHEN IT OVERTURNED AT 2758 STORY AVENUE.

BROWN SAYS HE'S BEEN TOLD THE TRUCK IS LEAKING PROPANE AND THE HAZMAT UNIT FROM THE SIOUX CITY FIRE DEPARTMENT HAS BEEN DISPATCHED TO THE SCENE.

THE DRIVER OF THE TRUCK WAS NOT BELIEVED TO BE SERIOUSLY INJURED.

Republican officials say the final count of the Iowa caucuses puts Rick Santorum ahead of Mitt Romney by 34 votes, but no winner will be declared because votes from eight precincts are missing.

Romney, the front-runner in the race for the GOP presidential nomination, initially had been considered the winner by 8 votes in the event's closest finish ever.

Iowa Republicans are to announce the tally Thursday morning. Republican officials, speaking on condition of anonymity because they weren't authorized to pre-empt the announcement, said
Santorum would end up with 29,839 votes to Romney's 29,805.

A 23-year-old man has been convicted of attacking a 19-year-old woman at a rest stop off Interstate 29 near Onawa.

A news release from the office of the Monona county attorney says Mark Bitzan was accused of taking the woman into a stall in the women's restroom, threatening her with a knife
and sexually assaulting her.

The crime occurred on Dec. 17, 2010. A jury convicted Bitzan on Tuesday. His sentencing has not been scheduled yet.
    

The news release says Bitzan was convicted in 2006 of a sexual assault in Natrona County, Wyo.

A Sioux City woman who claimed she was roughed up by police during an arrest has been convicted of assaulting an officer.

34-year-old Dacosta Daniels was found guilty on Tuesday. She faces up to a year in jail.

Footage from a patrol car's dashboard camera shows the officers struggling with Daniels as she was handcuffed on Aug. 8 after a traffic stop.

On the tape, she is shown being punched in the side and put in a headlock. Police say an internal investigation found the officers had followed policies.

Police say Daniels used profanities to answer an officer's questions and punched him in the head when he attempted to take her cellphone.
