Sioux City's School Board will say goodbye to three retiring members and welcome two replacements Monday evening.
They will also discuss the process of filling a now vacant board position.
It's the final meeting for outgoing members Doug Batcheller, John Meyers, and Molly Williams.
A reception to honor them and welcome newly elected directors Paul Gorski and Paul Speidel will take place at 4:30 PM at the Education Service Center at 4th and Jackson Streets.
The new members will then take their Oath of Office at the board meeting which begins at 6pm. The full board will then elect a new president and vice-president.
Following that process, the board will consider how to fill the vacancy caused by Shaun Broyhill's resignation last week.
Broyhill was elected along with Gorski and Speidel, but resigned after it was discovered there was an outstanding warrant for his arrest on a criminal charge in Nebraska.
