Forecasters say cooler weather should arrive in Iowa on Monday, with high temperatures falling back into the normal range.
For now, expect steamy highs in the mid- to upper-90s through Sunday, along with triple-digit heat indices. Meteorologist Aubrey Wilkins, at the National Weather Service, says relief is coming during the Labor Day holiday.
A Heat Advisory is in effect for us until tonight at 7 o'clock.
