The parent company of St. Luke's Regional Medical Center has changed it's name. Iowa Health System will now be known as UnityPoint Health.
St. Luke's C-E-O Peter Thoreen says the new name reflects patient-centered coordinated care between its hospitals, physician clinics, and home health care.
The new name and brand logo were unveiled Tuesday in Des Moines. Thoreen says while new signage is going up, the company is still the same:
UnityPoint Health includes 280 clinics and 29 hospitals in Iowa and Illinois.
