A jury has been seated for the second trial of a Sioux City man accused of fatally punching an Ida Grove man in 2010.

The trial of Bradley Gregg will begin Wednesday morning in Woodbury County District Court. The 31 year old Gregg is charged with involuntary manslaughter and assault causing serious injury.

His first trial ended with a hung jury in September of 2011. Prosecutors say Gregg punched 28-year-old Joseph McDonald, of Ida Grove, in October 2010. Police say McDonald then fell and never regained consciousness.

Police say Gregg had been exchanging insults with McDonald's wife. Gregg faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
