MISSING WORK RELEASE PRISONER

Authorities are seeking a 40-year-old man who escaped from a residential work release facility in Sioux City.

The Iowa Department of Corrections says Cletus Antonio Armell failed to return to the facility Sunday from a shopping pass.

Armell had been serving a 15-year sentence for armed robbery. He was transferred to the work release facility in Sioux City on December 15.
