COUNTY ENGINEER MARK NAHRA SAYS HE’S MET WITH BOTH FEMA AND THE FEDERAL HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION TO PROVIDE THEM WITH INFORMATION ON WHAT NEEDS TO BE FIXED:
