Dakota County Emergency Management Director Pat Foust says no injuries have been reported in the county.

Jackson, Nebraska lost power because of Monday’s late afternoon storms that spawned several tornadoes in northeast Nebraska.

Tornadoes near Pilger and Stanton resulted in several injuries and at least one fatality.

Foust says assistance from Dakota county had not been requested as of early Monday evening.
