SIOUX CITY POLICE ARE INVESTIGATING A HOME INVASION IN MORNINGSIDE THURSDAY NIGHT.

POLICE SAY TWO MEN FORCED THEIR WAY INTO THE VICTIMS RESIDENCE AROUND 9:10PM AND DEMANDED THAT THEY BE TAKEN TO A LOCAL CREDIT UNION WHERE THE VICTIM WORKS TO OPEN THE SAFE.

THE VICTIM REFUSED, SO THE SUSPECTS THEN STOLE ITEMS FROM THE RESIDENCE AND LEFT.

THE VICTIM WAS NOT INJURED. POLICE ARE NOT SAYING IF THE VICTIM IS MALE OR FEMALE.

THE TWO SUSPECTS ARE DESCRIBED AS WHITE MALES AGE 19 OR 20.

ONE SUSPECT IS 6 FEET TALL WITH A THIN BUILD AND MAY HAVE BLONDE HAIR.

THE SECOND MAN IS SLIGHTLY TALLER WITH A THIN BUILD.

THE INCIDENT REMAINS UNDER INVESTIGATION.
