KSCJ NEWS REQUESTED A COPY OF THE LETTER BUT COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS CHAIRMAN GEORGE BOYKIN DECLINED TO RELEASE IT ON THE ADVICE OF THE COUNTY ATTORNEY.

THE HEAD OF THE DEPUTIES UNION WAS OUT OF TOWN THURSDAY AND COULD NOT BE REACHED.

THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS WILL LIKELY VOTE ON THE COURTHOUSE PLAN NEXT TUESDAY.
