The 185th Air Refueling Wing Food Services received top honors at the National Restaurant Associations show in Chicago over the weekend.
The 185th Services Flight was awarded the Kenneth W. Disney Award, acknowledging them as the best dining facility in the Air National Guard.
Senior airman Amanda Gill of Sioux City was selected for a week of training at the Culinary institute of America in Napa Valley, California.
In March, the 185th kitchen was inspected during their training weekend by judges from the Hennessy Travelers Association.
The kitchen staff was evaluated on the quality of their food service and hospitality.
