A STORM LAKE MAN FACES NUMEROUS CHARGES AFTER AN INCIDENT EARLY SUNDAY MORNING IN WHICH HE RAMMED A HOUSE WITH HIS VEHICLE AND LATER ROLLED IT AFTER STRIKING OTHER VEHICLES.

STORM LAKE POLICE SAY 22 YEAR OLD DOMINICK TRIBBLE FIRST WAS INVOLVED IN A DOMESTIC DISPUTE WITH 23 YEAR OLD MALISA SIHACHAK WHERE THE COUPLE ALLEGEDLY STRUCK EACH OTHER WHILE SITTING IN TRIBBLE’S VEHICLE.

TRIBBLE CHASED THE WOMAN INTO A HOUSE AND ALLEGEDLY ASSAULTED ANOTHER PERSON INSIDE.

POLICE SAY TRIBBLE THEN RETURNED TO HIS VEHICLE, PUT IN IN REVERSE, AND BACKED INTO THE HOUSE, CAUSING $1500 IN DAMAGES.

HE THEN DROVE OFF, SIDESWIPING ONE VEHICLE AND THEN COLLIDING WITH A PARKED PICK UP WHICH CAUSED TRIBBLE’S VEHICLE TO ROLL OVER.

TRIBBLE THEN FLED ON FOOT AND WAS ARRESTED BY OFFICERS.

HE WAS CHARGED WITH TEN COUNTS INCLUDING BURGLARY AND DOMESTIC ASSAULT CAUSING INJURY AND PUBLIC INTOXICATION.

OTHER CHARGES ARE PENDING.

MALISA SIHACHAK ALSO FLED THE SCENE, BUT RETURNED THREE HOURS LATER AND WAS ARRESTED ON A DOMESTIC ASSAULT CHARGE AND AIDING AND ABETTING VIOLATION OF A NO CONTACT ORDER.

BOTH SUSPECTS ARE BEING HELD WITHOUT BOND IN THE BUENA VISTA COUNTY JAIL.
