Two men charged as accessories in the fatal shooting of a South Sioux City woman last year have pleaded not guilty to charges.
26-year-old David Rodriguez, of Walthill, and 26-year-old Anthony Housman, of Pender entered their pleas Monday in Dakota County District Court.
The men are charged with accessory to a felony in connection to the December 15th shooting death of 28-year-old Bonnie Baker.
Prosecutors say Rodriguez and Housman drove another suspect, 22-year-old Raymond Gonzales Jr., from the scene of the shooting.
Gonzales is charged with first degree murder in Baker’s shooting.
He has previously pleaded not guilty to that charge and others in the case.
