FIRE CAUSED MAJOR DAMAGE TO A FORMER SIOUX CITY RESTAURANT SATURDAY MORNING.

AUTHORITIES SAY FLAMES WERE SHOOTING THROUGH THE ROOF OF THE OLD NORMANDY RESTAURANT LOCATED AT 38TH AND HAMILTON BOULEVARD WHEN THEY ARRIVED SHORTLY AFTER 6AM.

GEORGE LINDBLADE LIVES NEARBY AND IS THE PHOTOGRAPHER FOR THE FIRE DEPARTMENT. HE WAS ONE OF THE FIRST ON THE SCENE:
