THE WATER IS BACK ON IN DAKOTA CITY, NEBRASKA, BUT A BOIL ORDER REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR THE TOWN.

SERVICE WAS RESTORED JUST BEFORE 3PM FROM THE SECOND WATER MAIN BREAK IN THREE DAYS EARLY MONDAY.

CITY OFFICIALS ADVISE RESIDENTS THAT THEIR WATER WILL BE DISCOLORED AT FIRST, SO TO RUN THEIR OUTSIDE FAUCETS TO ELIMINATE DISCOLORATION.

BECAUSE OF POSSIBLE CONTAMINATION, A BOIL ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL AT LEAST THURSDAY FOR THE CITY.

WATER USED FOR COOKING OR DRINKING SHOULD BE BOILED FOR AT LEAST ONE MINUTE BEFORE USING.
