THE IOWA RACING AND GAMING COMMISSION ALONG WITH A JUDGE LISTENED TO ARGUMENTS REGARDING THE DENIAL OF THE OPERATOR’S LICENSE RENEWAL FOR THE BELLE OF SIOUX CITY RIVERBOAT CASINO OPERATED BY PENN NATIONAL GAMING.

CASINO MANAGER LANCE GEORGE TESTIFIED AT THE HEARING AS WELL AS MARK MONSON OF MISSOURI RIVER HISTORICAL DEVELOPMENT AND RACING AND GAMING COMMISSION ADMINISTRATOR BRIAN OHORILKO.

THE COMMISSION WILL RESUME THE HEARING THURSDAY AFTERNOON AT ONE O’CLOCK.
