MOST OF THE 2,752 MIDAMERICAN ENERGY CUSTOMERS WHO LOST POWER MONDAY MORNING NOW HAVE IT BACK ON.

MIDAMERICAN SPOKESPERSON TINA POTTHOFF SAYS ONLY 7 CUSTOMERS IN SIOUX CITY WERE WITHOUT POWER AS OF 2:30PM.

POTTHOFF SAYS  A SUBSTATION ISSUE CAUSED THE POWER TO GO OUT AT 6:30 THIS MORNING.

MIDAMERICAN CREWS HAVE REPAIRED MOST OF THE ISSUES.
