TWO NEW CHARGES HAVE BEEN FILED IN THE CASE OF A FATAL SHOOTING IN SOUTH SIOUX CITY LAST DECEMBER.

THE DAKOTA COUNTY ATTORNEY’S OFFICE HAS CHARGED BOTH DAVID RODRIQUEZ AND ANTHONY HOUSMAN WITH ACCESSORY TO A FELONY.

THE CHARGES STEM FROM THE FIRST DEGREE MURDER CHARGE AGAINST RAYMOND GONZALES, WHO IS ACCUSED IN THE SHOOTING DEATH OF BONNIE BAKER LAST DECEMBER 15TH AT A SOUTH SIOUX CITY MOBILE HOME PARK.

COURT DOCUMENTS ALLEGE THAT RODRIQUEZ AND HOUSMAN INTERFERED WITH THE APPREHENSION OF GONZALES AND PROVIDED AID TO THE SUSPECT.

RODRIQUEZ PREVIOUSLY PLEADED NOT GUILTY TO A CHARGE OF POSSESSION OF A DEADLY WEAPON BY A PROHIBITED PERSON IN THE CASE.

HOUSMAN WAS PREVIOUSLY CHARGED WITH POSSESSION OR RECEIVING A STOLEN FIREARM.
