HARRIS FERNANDEZ SAYS THE SIZE OF THE 70 YEAR OLD PAINTING, 8 FEET BY 20 FEET,  WILL RESULT IN THE ART CENTER EXPANDING AN ENTRYWAY TO THE FACILITY.

PLUS THE ARTWORK IS OWNED AND INSURED BY THE UNIVERSITY OF IOWA AT $140 MILLION DOLLARS:
