INVESTIGATORS SAY IT MAY BE A FEW DAYS BEFORE THE CAUSE OF THURSDAY NIGHT’S FIRE THAT DESTROYED AN APARTMENT BUILDING IN RIVERSIDE IS DETERMINED.

DEPARTMENT SPOKESMAN JOE RODRIQUEZ SAYS INVESTIGATORS HAVEN’T BEEN ABLE TO GET INTO THE STRUCTURE YET:
